The “My Family” app was created as part of the Generation Alfa project. The aim is to be a digital helper for parents and to make it easier for them to take care of their children, to get a better overview of their activities and to be able to communicate more quickly and easily through a chat room (with individual children + group family chat). Furthermore, a tool that can remind parents and give smart notifications based on the evaluated data from the app – reminding them to plan a trip together with the family (the app will alert you that you have not spent enough time together in the last month), changes in the child’s calendar activity (e.g. end of school etc.), or that the child has spent too much time on the phone in the last week. One of the other features is a parent education option (how to work with a child who spends too much time on the phone, or tips for trips together).
“My Family” is a great tool for parents who want to take on a more responsible role, or for parents who are too busy with work and need a helper to remind them of what they might forget in today’s fast-paced world.
