I spent the whole semester dealing with and studying functionalism (up to minimalism) on the web. I took notes and saved links to understand the topic.
Practical output
My practical output is a part of an article, into which I am transforming the acquired notes. The article discusses minimalist and maximalist websites, and why neither design approach is ideal. Most websites need to choose a path somewhere in between. The reader will also learn that under certain conditions, it is very advantageous to be inspired by the “less is more” principle when creating a website. The last section consists of practical steps that can be taken for a website to prosper.
