The Waste of Mind

A project based on the measurement of brain activity using EEG devices. The goal was to find out how the mobile phone can distract our attention and then to visually process and present this idea through a poster with augmented reality.

The main task to measure was to find out how social media can disrupt our thinking. Based on the measured results, I found that social media can disrupt our brain in many ways. The main problem arises especially if the notification interrupts us during work. It takes a long time to return to work.
