This work deals with the creation of my own pattern and its use in functional clothing for mothers with small children. This special pattern is used on stressed areas of clothing, which are often soiled during normal daily activities with children. The print is created using the pencil technique and edited graphically, where it is then applied to the cuts. The clothes are developed on the basis of comfort for the mother, especially thanks to the use of materials such as knitwear. The final dress is characterised by variability of clothes in different stages of motherhood, during pregnancy, masking the abdomen after childbirth and decomposition when using a baby carrier. The individual parts of the garment can be combined with each other and are equipped with a larger and more voluminous number of pockets for the necessary necessities.
