The basic theme for this object was the DOOR and its symbolism – artistic, religious, spiritual, … For each of us, the door means something different, whether it is the symbolism of “new beginnings”, “closing the chapter of life”, or “gates to heaven”…
Doors are also sometimes sort of a forgotten element. Every day, each of us walks through dozens of different doors, and often we don’t even realize it.
At the same time, we also forget that the door does not really belong to us. It belongs to the nature. People have always taken wood from nature and made household elements in the form of doors for example. And so my main goal was to return this material back to nature, where it comes from.
