Autumn-inspired footwear and accessories with hand-modeled soles and components.
The assignment for the semester project was an optical illusion. Through modeling, I tried to imitate the appearance of real leaves that fall and can stick to our shoes and accessories. When designing the shoes and handbag, I tried to make them very minimalist and practical. I wanted to keep the colors subtle and used leather in natural colors. The handbag is a suitable size for everyday use and, thanks to the magnets on the sides, it is also foldable. The handbag strap is replaceable thanks to a small screw and the length can be adjusted as needed. The shoes follow the same minimalistic touch, the strip wrapping the entire cut is supposed to imitate the strap on the handbag. The sole has modeled leaves that extend to the upper of the shoe.
