Project inspired by a global brand
Sandalia draws inspiration from the Czech online store Drakkaria, which focuses on a wide range of products from various fields. Its assortment includes, for example, jewelry, replicas of historical and fantasy weapons, themed decorations, as well as fashion inspired by history, and the fantasy world. It was precisely the combination of historical and fantasy elements that became the main impetus for the creation of the Sandalia.
Color palette is directly derived from the Drakkaria logo, from which the brand adopted key shades. The design of the sandal itself is inspired by lacing, which evokes historical clothing
Handbag became the first product created for the entire collection. It was presented to the general public and visitors at the Zlín Design Market, where it found its owner and sold successfully. This success confirmed the interest in this type of product as well as its design. In terms of execution and design, the handbag was compact in size, with an emphasis on practicality and everyday use.
The closure features a magnetic fastener, which allows for easy handling while maintaining the bag’s clean appearance. On the front, there is a discreetly hidden pocket for storing small items, enhancing the overall functionality of the design
