Abstract
The Teramoss project presents a modular collection of hunting footwear with integrated gaiters and multifunctional accessories. The aim of the project was to combine practical shoemaking experience with innovative design and a high level of adaptability for various terrains. The product is based on the principle of metamorphosis – the gaiters can function as a protective layer for the footwear or be transformed into a standalone bag, altering the height, weight, and function of the boot according to the user’s current needs. The collection is built on a modular system in which a single product offers multiple functional configurations, including variable carrying options for ammunition belts and additional pouches. Materials such as Cordura, cowhide nubuck, and brushed calf leather ensure high durability, comfort, and functionality. The project was realized with the support of Selva, which provided materials for the production of prototypes.
