Bathroom design for the SIKO Design for the Future 2025 competition.

The design of a minimalist and sustainable bathroom in beige and white tones with black accents emphasizes timelessness, low maintenance, and universal usability for all age groups. Sanitary fixtures from the SIKO product range—including taps, a shower mixer, a semi-recessed washbasin with an integrated soap dispenser, and a toilet—enhance the visual clarity of the space. Custom-designed furniture incorporates functional details such as storage areas, a makeup vanity with a mirror featuring adjustable LED lighting, and a built-in laundry hamper. The use of large-format lacquered glass panels and polyurethane coatings eliminates grout lines and minimizes maintenance, while the barrier-free solution with seating and grab bars in the shower ensures comfort and safety for seniors as well.
