For a Moment

At first, the world appears to be a pleasant place, full of wondrous life and beauty. Yet it soon reveals its true nature and transforms into a dangerous wasteland. This is the world into which the protagonist arrives and grows up. Despite its hardships, she manages to carve out a small corner for herself, a place she comes to call home. But nothing lasts forever, and the world continually places new obstacles in her path as she searches for peace and safety.
