In this short animated film, we follow the story of a girl whose beloved dog has passed away and who must learn to cope with the emotions that follow. In the vast emptiness of space, a supernova explodes, sending fragments of a star hurtling in all directions. One of these fragments strikes the girl on Earth, burning a dog-shaped hole into her body. This event becomes the catalyst for the emotions and grief caused by the loss of her four-legged companion. Haunted by memories and overwhelmed by sorrow, she finds the strength to seek a balance between pain and acceptance. Over time, she learns to live with these feelings and comes to realize that her dog will remain with her forever—just in a different way.
