The set of three pieces of jewelry responds to the theme of Natura through the contrast between the fragility and the strength of nature. The silver and bronze plant forms are designed as objects intended to be placed in facial openings and ears. By being embedded in the human body, they create a visual effect of growth and of disrupting bodily integrity.

Without the presence of the body, the objects appear delicate and decorative, like small metal plants. Only when worn do they take on a rougher, almost parasitic character. The work addresses nature as a force that is both beautiful and uncompromising, fragile and resilient.

The jewelry was created using the lost wax technique, casting silver and bronze from realistic botanical models.
