Natura

This pair of silver rings was created for the Smetanova Litomyšl 2026 festival exhibition, whose central theme is Natura. One ring covers three fingers, the other two, and expand the traditional concept of a ring as a point jewelry.

Their surface bears a delicately irregular, original structure that unifies both objects. Circular holes are carved into this material, becoming the main element of meaning.

The rings refer to the process of human formation—how we transform and adapt to the expectations of those around us and our own ideas throughout our lives. The carved circles do not respect this mass and disrupt it; they reveal what cannot be suppressed or hidden. Naturalness, individuality, and the inner self always remain present, even when surrounded by a solid shell.

The jewelry becomes a meeting place between what is formed and what remains authentic.
