PERSONA

For the theme “Mask”, I decided to create a digital sculpture that reflects my interpretation of the Persona.
According to Carl Gustav Jung, the Persona is a concept from analytical psychology that refers to the “social mask” or the “roles” a person adopts in order to adapt to society and its expectations. The Persona is the image we present to the outside world — how we want others to perceive us. It is the “self” we show to the world, not necessarily our true inner self.

I developed the concept for my project by sketching in Procreate. Once the idea was refined, I started modeling in ZBrush and completed the texturing in Substance 3D Painter.
