Healing journey

In my bachelor’s thesis, I explore negative memories and childhood trauma through communication with the inner child.
Rooted in personal experience, the work draws on theories of trauma, attachment, and transgenerational patterns.
As the final output, I created an original installation consisting of three large textile memory pieces reflecting painful experiences.
These are accompanied by three smaller ones that represent the needs of the inner child, the healing process, and hope.
Altogether, the installation is a personal testimony to the possibility of transforming pain into growth.
