The idea of this decor, pencil lettering on frosted glass, came to me two years ago. The original idea was to write on the vase one of the letters I sometimes received. Later I found it rather intimate, so the work wasn’t realized.
I was glad when we were given the task of creating the Decore. I found the idea of writing the text on the scale appropriate. I wanted to write a poem, but during consultations and after much thought I realized that it really wouldn’t be very readable.
I was looking for a connection between the decor and the vase and the flower it is intended for. I realized that only one particular word that I heard or said when I received the bouquet was important. The most important word was and will be «I love».
