Studies of draperies

I chose the study of drapery as a drawing topic for my semestral project because it is close to my heart, but also as a challenge to myself. My main goal was to capture the softness of the materials and to try to capture their texture as well. During the process I tried different compositions from lying wrinkled clothes to carefully arranged knots, which I found most interesting.
