This is a semester work. The Vugas vehicle is designed as
exploratory vehicle for the future settlement of Mars. The
intention was to create a vehicle that will be a good
helper for astronautson their first research trips. The vehicle
has space for a comfortable stay for two people on longer
trips.
The vehicle is equipped with one input that can be connected
to the module baseand two so-called suit ports through which
one gets to vehicles directly from the space suit through the
membrane. The spacesuits will stay attached to the outside of
the cabin.
The vehicle is designed to cope even in very difficult terrain and
environments. The wheels are equipped with surfaces for easier
overcoming of obstacles. At the same time, they are also equipped
with vents so that it do not clog and do not get stuck in deep sand.
