The hydroponic flowerpot is based on the shape and function of desert plants – cacti, baobabs, succulents, etc., which retain water in their bowels, due to lack of rainfall. The shape of the flowerpot has a dual function, namely collecting water from a bowl-shaped surface and at the same time retains water effectively inside. With its glossy surface, the flowerpot protects the water from heating and deterioration of its quality, it also serves as a satellite that sufficiently reflects the rays of light to the plant. Thanks to these factors, the plant has a sufficient intake of nutrients even in adverse conditions.
