We design jewellery and small objects, including their packaging and means for their presentation, promotion and sale.
The study in the Jewellery Design Studio focuses on the following key aspects: production process, user experience and aesthetic considerations.
During their studies, students are introduced to traditional and modern materials, traditional jewellery making techniques and contemporary technologies, with an emphasis on the study of ergonomics. They are encouraged to think about design that takes into account the long-term durability of jewellery as well as the environmental responsibility associated with its production.
As part of their studies, students take courses that develop their ability to design and present the results of their design work, such as Packaging Design, Digital Photography, Typography, POP Design, Fine Art Composition and others.
