The design of the bus terminal was created at the bus stop of the Ilava railway station. This space is suitable for a bus station in several respects. There is parking lot, a train station and the center is close along the pedestrian walkway. The solved area is delimited on the north side by the train station, on the south side by the development of family houses, which are not located in the immediate vicinity of the proposed terminal. The access road for buses is from the west. No construction prevents the design of the solved area. The only weakness of the area is the slight hill. Since Ilava is not currently a big city, it does not need a large terminal for dozens of buses arriving and departing at the same time. At the same time, the space of the bus terminal should be well designed with a view to the future, given the constant growth of the city and thus the increased demands on bus transport for citizens. The bus terminal is not only to serve the city, but also to represent it.
