VERA

The collection of silver earrings includes four pairs inspired by the era of Great Moravia. The jewelry is crafted using the repoussé technique, which has its roots in this historical context.

The design of the earrings is based on the motif of a drop of water striking the surface of water. This image is symbolically connected to baptism, which during the Great Moravian period represented a fundamental social and spiritual turning point — an entry into a new civilization, the recognition of the ruler, and the acceptance of a new moral and social order, including an emphasis on marriage and social structure.

Water here symbolizes purification from sin, a new beginning, the death of the old, and the birth of a new life.
