The second assignment of this summer semester was an infographic. I thought long and hard about what topic I would focus on. In the end, I chose the topic of creative burnout. It’s a thing that every mortal will touch. Whether a cook, a graphic designer, or a plumber. Unfortunately, burnout ties into other parts of life such as family, relationships, and mental health.
I decided to go the route of the web, namely a one-scroll page. The color palette is simple, blue (reassurance), red (warning). The reader is guided through a simple structure of information, where they learn what the stages of burnout are, their symptoms, statistics from around the world, and tips on how to help themselves through this period.
