The project explores the inner space of a person through the visualization of complex emotional states and offers several simple steps for self-support.
The project is based on Plutchik’s Wheel of Emotions as a tool for navigating emotional states. It is used for identifying emotions, developing emotional awareness, regulation, and understanding oneself and others.
Emotions are treated as signals that indicate personal needs and internal states.
The self-support instruction is built around guiding questions, attention to bodily sensations, assessing emotional intensity, and choosing an appropriate way to process emotions.
The visual part of the project was created in Blender using Geometry Nodes and modifiers. Abstract 3D forms convey the complexity of recognizing, blending, and the contradictory nature of emotional states.
