This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a visual identity for Slip, a family business producing boat gangways in Slovenia. The aim of the thesis is to unify the brand’s visual communication and design a website that supports its transition into the online environment, increases its credibility, and helps reach new customers within the European market. The thesis includes an analysis of the brand’s current communication, target audience, competing and inspirational websites, as well as a survey among people from the nautical environment. The practical part focuses on the design of a visual system, website presentation, printed materials, and visual content. The project is based on the personal story of the brand and the effort to support the further development of a family business.
