The purpose of my work is to spread awareness of generational trauma chains. To help people realize that these chains of thought algorithms unconsciously bind entire generations in destructive symbioses of human relationships.
The pain and experience passed on causes the victims to become the perpetrators, creating an endless cycle of continuing mistakes and ever-increasing pain. With my practical part I want to make it known that it is possible to achieve a sense of inner calm, taking myself as an example and thus offering the possibility of a process to help others.
