Design of indication device

In my bachelor’s thesis I am dealing with the design of the enclosure of an innovative indicator device in cooperation with the company Fatra a.s. used to detect inaccurate welds of waterproofing membranes on roofs and the transport box for transporting this device. The final design of the enclosure for the indicating device is minimalistic mainly due to the use of 3d FDM technology to eliminate the supporting parts made of PETG material coated with epoxy spray for better mechanical properties. This design is complemented by functional features such as: shielding over the LED indicators for better visibility, recessed guide lines for better orientation along welds, side recessed handles, telescopic handle with no secure locking. The design of the transport case is derived from the equipment enclosure itself and is complemented by three handles for better handling.
