Housing on minimal area EGOÉ

A small modular house on 25m², which contains AITAA folding facilities for seating, storage of gardening equipment and a vertical garden.

The house is divided into two parts, private and daily + green roof with terrace. The central point is the living room with kitchen, from where one can reach all parts of the house and the outdoor terraces. The ceiling height is remained high, except for the entrance hall with bathroom, above which the bedroom is located.

Solar panels are then placed on all exterior walls, to be retained or removed depending on the final location of the house.
