The aim of this semester work was to design a space on the 8th floor of the Baťa Palace on Wenceslas Square in Prague. The main requirement was to attract the attention of customers, so that they would like to return to this place and have a pleasant experience.
This design – luxury wellness – aims to make the customer relax and buy shoes on the lower floors before or on the way back. The design includes a comprehensive solution for the entire floor, including all the necessary rooms for wellness (reception, changing rooms, toilets, utility room), but also a bar, cosmetics, massages and a private sauna.
The focal point of this design is a walkway for healthy walking with a water wall in the main area. The room is dimmed. The walls and ceiling are covered with mirror foil and thus reflect all the colored smart bulbs in the whole space. Thanks to them, the atmosphere of the environment can be changed.
