This project deals with the reconstruction of a life estate in the countryside. The aim of the project is to modernise the house, provide the attic space, improve the layout, connect the house more with the garden and make a wheelchair access. In doing so, it is important to maintain the rural character of the building both on the exterior and interior. The reconstructed house should then no longer serve as a life estate but as a proper family residence.
