The collection of two rings draws on memories of childhood games with plants, which remain vivid in our minds largely because of their unusual tactile qualities.

The inspiration came from a dandelion gone to seed, with its delicate fluff carried away by the wind, and from a thistle whose tiny hooks can cling almost anywhere. In this work, these natural principles are transformed into an idealized form — the dandelion never scatters, and the thistle does not prick.

The rings thus embody the gentleness and simplicity of childhood and children’s play.

The collection also includes two paper boxes that evoke the image of placing the jewellery, like a flower, into a rosette of leaves.
