In my bachelor’s thesis, I focused on the design of original wedding prints and their use as part of the visual identity of the wedding day. Based on market research, trend analysis and user needs, I designed five different collections of wedding prints in non-traditional styles. The process included the design of a visual concept, selection of materials, printing preparation, production of prints, their photography and final presentation.
The thesis also includes the design of a wireframe of a web platform intended for the presentation, personalization and ordering of wedding prints. The wireframe was designed with an emphasis on an intuitive user interface and a logical structure of the online editor. The project connects the areas of print and digital design and presents a concept solution responding to the limited offer of similar services on the Slovak market.
