The everyday sight of roadkill has become so commonplace for many that, upon completing their journey, most travelers do not even recall the image of a maimed animal’s body.
I explored the cultural, ethical, and moral influences, differences, and various perspectives, attitudes, and opinions of those around me regarding this issue. Many people showed no remorse or empathy when encountering dead birds, rodents, or reptiles. However, the sight of dead cats evoked strong emotions in them.
To provide additional context, I will briefly mention that in hunting terminology, color is a term used to denote blood.
