FLABO Hall Furniture

Hall furniture was created in cooperation with the company Jelínek from Valašské Meziříčí, a traditional manufacturer of quality solid wood furniture. The design is based on the FLABO bedroom and living furniture collection from the company’s current production, and thus de facto expands the possible use of this collection. The aim was to offer a sufficiently modular system of elements that can be combined with each other to meet specific customer requirements. Emphasis is placed on user friendliness and enough space for stored items.

Standard module widths were set at 50 and 100 cm. Standard equipment of the modules should include classic drawers, double high drawers, drawer shoebox, shelves, mirror, seating areas. Unique elements include a key shelf or a hanger with lighting in the form of a stylized deer head, which refers to the name of the company. The modules should also be offered in a “levitating” variant, ie without a base and bottom row of drawers. The resulting space on the floor can be used to store shoes. “Levitating” elements can then be combined with the classic ones to create visually and functionally interesting sets.
