STOOLA – a bar stool for the Spatial Design studio

An author´s work of design for a stool bar for the Spatial Design studio. With an option for realisation in the public space of the U16 building.

The main matter is made of bicycle rims, placed on legs made of ash tree wood. A sitting area is covered with a simple coloured textile. The soft texture is to prevent slipping and provide a more comfortable sitting. The colour palette is meant to match the rest of the cream-based studio and mainly the round table with red legs.
