Reections on childhood, rendered through the medium of mosaic, weave together images of the past. The mosaic serves as a metaphor for memory, piecing together long-forgotten childhood recollections hidden deep beneath the circumstances of the present. It gradually assembles a hazy picture of moments
that once commanded more attention than they do now, years later. Yet, every single memory, even the forgotten ones, continues to accompany us. Fragments of the past are depicted through photographs of specic events from my childhood. In these images, my silhouette acts as a bridge between the present and the past, thanks to an inserted mirror where the present is actively confronted by the past.
