Venus

Venus, in this work, is becoming a representation of society’s ideal form, into which are people trying or
are expected to fit. Repetitive pattern of mesh is shaping Venus and is becoming this societal mold of her.
In her middle lies a soul, immortal. Its obscure shape, constantly changing and moving is now used as a mirror for our own reflections. Thread with blue beads are connecting ourselves with the societal idol, for which we are a part of it. The colour blue carries quiet weight of infinity, immortality and spirituality.
